Saban has 50/50 of being coach of the year because they have talent and played so poorly last year.

You would take John Parker Wilson over Ainge LOL. Ainge is definetly better than Wilson, and is probly the best QB in the SEC this year.

Yeah, I tend to agree. I think Ainge is probably the best QB in the SEC this year. Assuming his knee surgery doesn't affect his play from last year.

QB: Andre' Woodson
RB: Darren McFadden
RB: BenJarvus Green-Ellis
WR: Keenan Burton
WR: D.J. Hall
WR: Percy Harvin
TE: Jacoby Tamme

Coach of the Year: Nick Saban

Rafel Little could easily be 1st Team SEC. Kentucky is going to have a sick offense

the best qb doesnt always make all-sec, the supporting cast has a bearing on that usually

this thread is now destined to be one of the best ever.

OBW, gonna be tough on Ainge with no proven receivers. Not saying it can't happen, because we definitely have talent in the receiving corps.

I honestly don't think your main problem is typing. Your main problem is reading comprehension:

1. The title of the thread is for All SEC Team Offense, not "Which QB is best."

2. Ainge is a better physical QB than Wilson, but Wilson will have the luxury of the best WR duo in the conference as well as a coaching staff that will keep him off his backend. Ainge, while a better passer, has some serious questions on the rest of his offense. Thus, Wilson will probably have better stats, which is typically what gets people on the 1st Team All SEC.

I think Woodson has a solid chance as well but hard to argue with Wilson as the pick.

Do you know if Prothro will be back or is he done?

Woodson and Wilson will be a pick'em I bet. Both should have huge numbers

Last I heard, Prothro is done done done.

While technically true that it was knee surgery, the procedure was so minimally invasive that calling it surgery hardly seems fair. The knee will not be a factor unless he has to get down on it and pray for better blocking. And seeing as how I really think the O-Line will work out fine barring injury bugs, I wouldn't worry about the knee at all.

Senior QBs win titles. Or senior coaches retire.

No two ways to go anymore....

Why even enter the fray with DMac?

I would take Andre Woodson over Ainge or Wilson because of the talent he has coming back around him. Ainge is probably the best quarterback, but with the loss of his biggest weapon last year (Meachem) its gonna be harder for him to take his production to the next level.
