i can't wait till he gets at least 3 classes here and see how much better we will be. I'm definitely on the Lane Train!!!!!

Wow! Only 3 pages... Not looking so good. I am a CLK fan though! The program is definitely looking up. Depth and talent just can't be overcome sometimes.

it sure is....i'm happy with what he has done and where we are heading. i'm not satisfied with this season....but we are doing pretty well in the recruiting department and that's what we need first.

i was also being modest about what the staff has done at this point with my first post....i understand what needs to be done with the program to bring it back to prominence and we are moving very quickly to reach that point.

Can't argue that. :good!: 7-6 should never be acceptable under normal circumstances at UT. However, Lane wasn't hired and left with anything resembling normal circumstances.

I think Kiffin has made some good decisions and made some short term sacrifices that will hopefully turn into long term gains.

But I'm not going to give him a final thumbs up after a 7-6 season... and no, I really DON'T care what his recruiting classes "rank". Recruiting rankings are fun to watch and you hope they turn into wins... but they don't always do it. Every player on UGA's team was part of a top 10 recruiting class. None have a championship. Florida State has had top 10 classes 4 out of the last 5 years and doesn't have a championship in the last 4 years. Notre Dame.... well that's kind of self explanatory, right?

We'll really know how well they've recruited when they start performing on the field.

i'm on board ya'll. i was one pissed off dude walking out of the GA Dome last night but i like the way our program is heading. i'll be blaming most of these depth issues on Phil at least until 2012
