Actually, I didn't know you were referring to mass shootings. That makes more sense.

Even so, in 1982, the US population was 79% white. Now it is approximately 60% white. So, white shooters are still underrepresented at 54% of all mass shooters between 1982 and now. That doesn't account for the politics of said white shooters, just race.
