Every time Albert's name gets mentioned a handful of you flip your sh!t.

How many times do some you have to beat this dead horse? Let it go...

If anyone says he wasn't a beast here they didn't watch him play. Good lord that guy was a beast for us. Everything else aside, he just blew lines up on the other side of the ball that's what he did. He was in the backfield every other play.

Really want to see someone else who has his intensity. We are missing a mean a$$ lineman. Albert was a beast in the orange and white.

You’re an idiot. Haynesworth had something like 2.5 sacks in 3 yrs playing beside Outland Trophy winner John Henderson, WHO WAS A BEAST. Haynesworth was a beast for Titans during his contract years. Otherwise he was an unmotivated player just like he was mostly at Tennessee.

He compiled 66 tackles, five sacks, 31 quarterback pressures, 20 tackles for a loss, and nine pass deflections during his collegiate career. He earned Sporting News Freshman All-American honors in 1999 and was named Second Team All-Southeastern Conference after his junior season.

Yes, Henderson was a great college football player, but it doesn’t take away from how good Haynesworth was. And if Albert benefited from playing next to John, then John undoubtedly benefitted similarly from next to Albert.

Haynesworth was even better, much better in the NFL. He was the most dominant defensive player in the league in 2007 and 2008. Everyone knows the guy was mercurial, even a bit flaky at times. But no one can say the dude wasn’t “a beast”, he was.

Just think if he was motivated.

Just think if he was motivated.

Hot and cold, no doubt about it. We saw what he was in the NFL when he was motivated....the most dominant D tackle in the league. No one’s calling him a mature, consummate professional, he wasn’t that. But when he wanted to play, he was indeed a beast as the best D lineman in football.
