Beg to differ. Are you speaking of the same fanbase that checker-boarded the stadium? The fanbase that make Neyland one of the most hostile places to play? The fans support; they would simply ask the same of a coach in preparing for a football game.

I love the Vols, and I will continue to support my favorite team. I'm not jumping ship nor running. I will support the team this year as I did when they had losing seasons. We are 5-2, most expected this record and hope for 10-2 in the regular season.

Nobody wants to see our Vols beat down like they were yesterday. It is not wrong to question or complain; Butch is paid handsomely and knows what to expect when his team is not performing....and that has been going on since kickoff vs. App State.

I appreciate your cheerleading and positive attitude; I think you could be a little easier on the fans.

I think they could be a little easier on our coaches! You represent the fans that bash our team and I will represent the players that get drinks thrown on them by your so called fans! Go VOLS! And I respect your post

There have been some years where LSU, UF, AU and even OM has matched them well enough to beat them. The difference is consistency. None of those groups were able to sustain it.

Let's go to the fans jobs and boo them , let's start a message board and call out the fans by name! Let's try to get your fans fired from their jobs! That's what these so called fans do! Do you think the rules and respect of life change bc this is a team ! If you would not do this to the fans , well they should not do it 2 our coaches/ players that Are people and not cartoon characters!

I think maybe you should go boo a few hundred thousand fans. You seem to have plenty of time on your hands.

need to get healthy. should beat the teams left but can't keep getting people hurt.. anyone is capable of having a good game against you when your banged up and lack focus because of it.

I'm still thinking 10-2

I am not LWS but I will give my two cents. I think we do. I think the bye week helps out tremendously and a lot of guys get healthy. We have proven we can light up great defenses (UF) when healthy.

We win out, go to Atlanta, lose to Bama again and get another great bowl game and win. With all the injuries we have endured, 10-3 would be a more than respectful record. Go Vols.

We get the great pleasure of a yearly litmus test against #1 Bama. We all know it's Bama then the rest. Know the view doesn't change unless you're #1, but sitting at 5-2, we need to get healthy, play inspired, and KEEP RECRUITING. IF we face Bama again in SECCG, we would have been through remaining games and won...and will have had time to get more healthy. Some times when things start rolling the wrong way, you just can't stop it (ask FL this year against us)...as witnessed this weekend. If we face Bama again, will be much closer.
