If you're going the DIY route, I think most of it goes on around the soccer and softball fields. I would guess Vol Club isn't doing one if we haven't heard by now. Kinda surprising.

The main "tailgating" area is in the Quad. It seems like a similar concept to the grove. First come come first served and you can set up on Friday afternoon.
