“right now that he's planning to take unofficial and official visits to Knoxville. With that being said, there's a lot of competition for him now, so that still could be subject to change until he has dates finalized. But it obviously sounds encouraging right now.

He's definitely planning to visit the Vols, though, so they appear to have a shot if they choose to make him a priority.“

This kid has been outstanding for Chalkville.
If Kiffin leaves I guarantee he will also recruit this kid to whatever college he goes to coach.

We lost Bey. Huge blow.
Javonte Smith, JT Theodore and Zay Anderson can all play WR at a high level imo. Especially Theordore.

But we all need that athletic ability in the secondary too.

So getting Barber would be awesome.
