He's right. Those Vols teams had a standard and executing the game plan is what they need to do. How this man is not coaching for the Vols is beyond me.

Not coaching, at least at a collegiate level, because he never got his degree.
Not sure what the rules state for NFL though...

I wonder too if it's what I have heard a lot of former players say about when you don't coach, you don't have to lose anymore.

I coached with Al’s head coach at a couple different schools. He had some good stories of not only Al but several good JCM players.
