And for record, I'm 100% with James Franklin who said "it's not negative recruiting if you're pointing out facts." All colleges do it

Does this mean we are supposedly doing the negative recruiting? Or we are really good at NOT doing negative recruiting?

There's a huge difference between having an agenda against a school like Franklin did to UT, then simply telling a kid they could start here and not at Bama or LSU. UT is in a position right now to pretty much start any great player out of high school at about any position. It'd be dumb for them to not sell that to all recruits.

Uh...they're not trashing us. Negative recruiting is a very good skill to have.

It says that Vols coaches handle negative recruiting as well as anyone.
ie... Other teams talk negative about UT and the coaches keep the recruits interested.
