I like the compassion they have or these kids. That young man who was afraid of the water and overcame the fear was honestly inspirational. And I'm for once not being an ass about something.

Truly was. You don't see coaches get emotional alot, and you know that coach broke down inside when he was talking about the hug that young man gave him. Excellent camp, and I now have more respect for those guys than almost anyone else in sports, especially Ray Lewis. People talk crap about him being crazy or loudmouthed. That man puts more into the emotional side of football than anyone that I've ever seen or even heard of. Excellent video, and an excellent statement by those guys running the camp. Makes me happy that there are still people in the world looking to help others instead of using them.

People usually give him more crap about being a murderer than being crazy or loudmouthed.

I believe that's also AJ at 2:55 outworking everyone around him in the pool doing cable shoulder presses!

PS: I know a lot of people have mixed opinions about ray lewis, but the man is a phenomenal motivator and does a lot of quality work with youth programs around the country. I'm sure there will be plenty of hateful and sarcastic posts about this. But felt it was worth pointing out.

GO VOLS!!!

We'll need all three of the freshmen LBs this year. Seeing them in the first game might be a good sign, but I'm sure that some folks would make something bad out of it.

I have a feeling AJ can be that dominating force in the middle of the LB's, and be the key to a stellar defense. Hopefully he's our Brandon Spikes
