You have no idea how true that is. Im 29 but even when my older brother was in middle school he got in just as much trouble for fighting back, it was all witnessed by the teachers and story confirmed.

I was always afraid to even fight back in high school cause rules stated fighting, which includes fighting back to protect yourself. At my school if you were INVOLVED in a fight police officer took you to juvy. Then you had to go to separate school for a semester that was for the troublesome kids. Once back at normal school if anything happened again your expelled.

So yeah, promoting kids to not protect their self. Also troubling is even not fighting back if the other kid claims you did, what then??

I don't know whether to defend AJ or not and will just let it all play out but it's obvious Maggitt believes in him.

If Johnson had the chance to relive the event do you think he would repeat his actions? Do you think partying with a couple of 19 year old coeds at 2 a.m., assuming for the time being that he is innocent, and risking a NFL career and lengthy incarceration in the process was a good idea? Stupidity usually comes back to haunt you sooner or later and for a high profile individual it is usually sooner than later.

Are you saying that he would have said no to consensual sex with 19 year old girls? I have seen a lot of people on here say he shouldn't have put himself in this position. Assuming he is innocent, what exactly did he do that every single poster on this forum wouldn't do? I am sure everyone here is/would just turning away all of the attractive 18-22 year old girls that are throwing themselves at them.

If he did not do it, then that means she is lying. That is not him doing something stupid. Everyone in this story is an adult...if he did not rape her then he did not do anything stupid.

well considering he had a committed girl friend, the fact that he was having sex on the side tarnishes his character imo, regardless of the outcome of these accusations.

Cheating on your significant other usually isn't viewed as being of "high character."

ask his girlfriend if that's a fair assessment. I bet her response on him "not doing anything stupid" would be different from yours.
