Ainge just said that. Unreal.

This choke-master pick-throwing superchoker just slammed Bray.

Li'l Erik, I have news for you. Bray is 50 times the QB you were ever were. As a sophomore, he outshines you as a senior. The QB position is one place on our offense that we don't have a question mark.

You might want to stay away from slamming Bray at this point, considering your own shortcomings.

your insults are as ridiculous as your QB evaluation. I like what Bray brings but he doesn't quite have the resume of Ainge

Ainge was a good qb, beat some really good teams. And every position on this team is a question mark as far as I'm concerned.

Was he questioning Bray's ability, or suggesting the position was a question mark due to concerns over eligibility?

Bray's ability.

The Tennessee Volunteers beat some pretty good teams.

If you think Ainge is a better talent than Bray, then your QB evaluation skills are what is ridiculous. Bray will play in the NFL and will win championships.

Ainge couldn't make it on the scout team.

I think Bray can be as good as he wants to be. He does have a few things he needs to work on. He's got to put in the work.

I'd like to see the full context of the quote. This one-liner could have just as easily been directed (correctly, I might add) at the Jets.

...which is a lot more than you can say about UT with Bray under QB so far.

We've sucked the last two years. No run game. No depth.

That has nothing to do with bray's skills, kid.

get back to me when you learn a bit more about the game of football.

just tell me what Bray has done at UT that puts him above Ainge. From your posts it sounds like it should be simple

Bray hasn't even looked great against all the terrible teams he has played against. You have to ignore the Kentucky game last year to even give him that comment. He has looked downright poor against the good teams. Bray has talent, but he hasn't developed the mental game yet, and he hasn't beaten anybody worth a damn.

Come on dude. If you know as much about football as you think you do, then you'd realize he doesn't read zone coverage well and can't sell a playfake to save his life. He's not as good as Ainge was at either.

What is wrong about what Ainge said? Who the hell has Tyler beaten? I mean I think he has great potential but he has yet to beat a significant opponent.

The QB position is not a question mark. It's Bray, and we're lucky to have him. He has been and will continue to be very effective.

Who the hell has Tyler beaten?

Like, by himself?

I think he has great potential but he has yet to beat a significant opponent.

he?

I wasn't aware that Tyler takes the field by himself. All he can do is throw for thousands of yards and loads of TDs. He doesn't play defense (therefore he has never folded in a second half) and he doesn't run block (therefore he's not responsible for holes being created) and he doesn't catch passes (therefore he's not responsible for any drops).

he doesn't kick (or miss) field goals, he doesn't all kick blocks, and he doesn't cover kick offs.

OK? It's a team sport. He, himself, has been stellar.

The QB position is not a question mark. It's the one position where there is NO question.

That's my problem.

I'm still waiting for Bray and Dooley for that matter to win a "big" game against a top SEC team. I think this will be the year but it hasn't happened to this point.

Ainge knows that he can feed into the negativity surrounding some fans around the program by blasting Bray. It allows him to be another lazy member of the sports media and sit back and blindly discuss an artificial controversy as opposed to doing any real research.

Bray isn't perfect, but would anyone be surprised if he led the SEC and yards of TD's this year? Exactly.

Bray and Dooley? By themselves?

So, Dooley's snapping and going long? Buttonhook at the fifty?

He's got good hands, they say. But I think we should let the rest of the team play if we want to have a chance.

This post is gonna head south quick Negateer with your pointed/abrasive comments! There is no doubt that Bray has talent, but he hasn't beaten nor played against any of the top tier talent in the SEC to prove himself yet. Until then, his leadership and ability will be questioned until he proves himself ON THE FIELD and not through twitter or the sideline with a broken thumb. Time will tell.
