Why can't you guys allow players and coaches to not be perfect? We won a game on the road while gifting them the ball on our side of the field three times. Not to mention the fact that we lost 9 offensive starters over the offseason and only had 3 months with the new QB before the season started.Heupel failed him. Every pass catcher he has failed him, aside from Brazzell who has been phenomenal this year. But the guy doesn’t get rattled. He doesn’t blink. He just keeps putting on more steam. Joe Milton and Nico Iamaleava lose that game. Joey Aguilar is a winner. He will drag us as far as he possibly can, because he has real grit in his shít.
I agree CJH clock management was lacking. The 2 interceptions should have been caught by Kitselman. I'm a little concerned with JA's decision making on those 2 plays. The 1st interception it looked like Matthews was open on the deep route about 8 yards past Kitselman. It looked like he was the better option, would have to see the 22man film to know for sure. On the 2nd, JA locked onto Kistleman from the snap, that brought the LBer into play and affected his throw. Both should have been caught and like the others they weren't on him.Heupel failed him. I saw this in the first game, his will to win. Kinda like Baker Mayfield . I wished we had him for another yearHeupel failed him. Very few people said this was a loss. Some people said the arrogance was foolish and that this is the sort of game Heupel loses. Heupel showed us why he loses these games and is lucky that this one came against a team that hasn’t won a conference game in two yearsWhy can't you guys allow players and coaches to not be perfect? A lot of yall said this game was a loss, and yet yall are still upset when we win. This fanbase is an embarrassment.
Hey look at this! A positive post after a win! Yes he is 1st in SEC, 1st in top 25 and 6th in nation in five games while sitting out 2-3 quarters of those five games. He also has made a lot of plays that were not there, and I believe was the biggest reason we pulled out the dub against Miss St—at least offensive reason. Carter had 17 tacked and is way up there in tot tackles as well. Brazzell is second in the nation at WR.Heupel failed him. Meanwhile Nico had a typical Nico game. 19-27 180 with 1 TD and some decent yards on the ground. It's a good day for Tennessee.
