After really looking at next years schedule..

Dooley better lead us to at least 8 wins next year. I know we will still be young, but:


Montana, Cincy, Buffalo, MTSU, Vandy and Kentucky should all be easy wins (6).

Add one other Sec E win (Florida, Georgia, or USCe)

Add one Sec W win (LSU, Ark, or Bama)

and that would be 8 wins without the bowl game. We have already proven we can beat LSU, Florida will prob still be trying to figure things out, and Ark won't have Mallet.

The sky is the limit, GBO :loco:

Montana= W (Lookout for the bighouse part 2.)
Cincy= W (What a difference a year and a coach makes)
Buffalo= W (UTc could win this game)
Mtsu=W (This is gonna be ugly)

Florida=W (Man its time to steel one and I cant think of a better one to take)
Georgia=W (No A.J and bad coaching)
Usc=L (Man its a long season)
Vandy=W (They are who we thought they were)
Kentucky=W ( Must suck to be owned)

LSU=W (Still no QB)
Alabama=L (we loose a close one on the road)
Ark.=L (Mallets backup is scary good)

I think bama is the only sure loss, talent-wise. everyone else we could pull off a win but... to be honest, we're going to be the underdog in every conference game we play. say what you will about the east being down this year, I would much rather play miss state ole miss and auburn next year than florida usc and georgia.

Mallett's back up had one very good game against Auburn... who ended up last in the SEC in pass D. The coronation is very, very premature.

A win vs LSU is the most likely out of the west but a win over Ark is still more likely than UF and probably UGA.

what are easy wins? Vandy and UK were not "easy wins" this year. Easy wins are 40 or 50 to 7 or 14... some crazy score like that. When you go to 4th quarter with the other team still having chance to win, not easy. Just my opinion..

My only expectation is that we will be in every game in the 4th quarter.Looking at it with my orange colored glasses I can see 9 wins. If I had to put money on it probably on 7.

maybe easy wasn't the best word, how about expected? or should be wins?

We have beaten UK 26 yrs straight (even though it is almost always close that streak is still unavoidable when predicting), the OOC is pathetic, Vandy is unbelievably bad.
