What would they do with an upgrade, and can they get an upgrade? Those are the questions to ask. 12-4 is a team accomplishment. When he got hurt last year they won with Leinart, and a rookie. They won a playoff game. Leinart only passed for 57 yards, but they won. His W-L record does have meaning, but you have to consider factors like Schaub is terrible when the playaction isn't working.
