First of all, there is no inherent right to anything.

There are implied rights, and legal rights.

There is a legal right for an individual to be allowed to smoke, but the government claimed it was a "negative right" to avoid being exposed to second hand smoke... However, since most legislators have the constitutional law knowledge of a 5th grade kid in a civics class... the law is full of shortsighted wording that goes way beyond individual rights and into strange grey areas.

The more I think about it, the more I am glad I quit smoking 3 years ago. There is no way in hell I could ever A. go to a bar and drink without being able to smoke or B. watch a game without being able to step out for a moment and burn a sqaure.

Yep, as much as I might miss it sometimes, I am glad I quit.

Probably a good time to seriously consider time to quit if you can't go 4 hours without a smoke.
X-smoker myself, 22 years ago was my last one.

I'll be sure to steer WELL clear of you. I'm allergic to sanctimonius, holier than thou b.s.

Dont worry I'll recognize u from ur sneering at children for running, guys for drinking, and basically anyone else enjoying themselves.

Try pulling that board out of ur butt, u'd be amazed at how much better u can walk... :)

Lose your mangina and deal with it for 3 hours. All the ninnys tick me off. Crap, we can smoke in outdoor venues here in the land that all Tennesseeans make fun of for being Wusses.

I work as a gate keeper for games. We try to stop people that are leaving and explain to them that they will have to have a new ticket to come back inside the gates. lots of poeple just keep walking and sort of ignore us. please keep in mind that we are only doing our jobs and the gate keepers are not the ones making the rules and that we are only doing what we are told we have to do. If you look on the back of your ticket it does state that there are no pass outs allowed.

All you quit smoking people will regret it when the smoking tax dollars stop paying for your childrens books in school.
