I've got the "Smokey" design on the inside of right bicep. All I can tell you is that it was a 2 1/2 hour ass whippin. That area is preceded in sensitivity only by the top of the head and the ribcage (according to tatoo artist). So be prepared...If you are only having text in one color, it shouldn't be overwhelming. Oh, one other piece of advice - don't whine - they hate that.

Haha, it didn't hurt much at all. Only took him like 20 minutes. It hurt the closer he got to my armpit, but other than that it wasn't bad.

She wants one now.....I'm not sure how I feel about it. Depends on what and where. I love tattoos on hot 20-somethings, but she won't be that way forever. Double standard. I'm a dick. I know.

Look at it this way, you have a heck of a conversation piece with your grands kids. You can tell them the origins of their fathers name and how their fathers name sake could have saved america.

She wanted a big colorful heart with a banner saying Heart of a Lion*. She wants it kind of under her left shoulder blade. I don't like the idea. I am trying to get her to the "Sacred Heart" picture with a lion instead of Jesus. It would be awesome. I strongly favor a lion over just a heart. I even tried to talk her into doing this:

More than anything, I want her to think about it a while. I had my tattoo planned out for over a year. I think it's something to take your time with. We'll see what happens.

*It's a KiD CuDi song that she found very meaningful in her recovery from cancer.

Gotta Power T left leg above the ankle. Get something you can live with for the rest of your life would be my advice.

Well, it hurts like hell...and use "Bullfrog" sunscreen in the summer or the sun will suck out all the color (unless you got "tribal")

I'm JustFunnn'Orange........and I approve this message............. lol
