Add Another Failed Head Coach to the Staff

It's fun that he decided to come back for another round. Fans from opposing teams have been a hoot since the CLK hire was announced (not really because of their stunning intelligence, however). :)
i'm shaking in my boots at a guy who was being pushed out at USC as offensive coordinator

i'm also scared of a guy who was hired solely to recruit when LSU is looking at the #1 class in the nation

so playing in the peach bowl is considered an accomplishment? We were disappointed to be playing in the Outhouse bowl last year.
you've had 2 LOSING seasons the past 4 years

you can take our loss total from the 2005-2007 and add them up and it's less than the total from your 2005 OR 2008 season

think about that

you sure as hell aren't showing it.
you don't even know what defense your DC runs and what is necessary for it to work well

you want to know what the tampa 2 looks like without the right DEs and MLB? the kansas city chiefs or detroit lions

Better worry about your own coach before he drives the program slowly into the ground. There is no reason LSU should win less than 9-10 games every year with the talent in that state.

Yall were stockpiled with Saban talent, now all that talent is gone and yall are 7-5. Miles is borderline retarded.

You're saying that quite possibly the greatest defensive coordinator in football can't adjust his defense to the college game? Hmm...

he made a bad decision at DC and it cost us. also the RP stuff didn't help much (Set our QBs back 2 years)

and we hired chavis, which was like y'all hiring lane

a solid hire, but nothing earth-shattering

Les Miles is a below average coach, that will become more and more evident in the next several years.

The difference being that Chavis has peaked, and Lane could potentially be much better.

Get ready for third and Chavis.

We'll see. Lane hasn't proven anything. But I think that's why he's trying to get all these big name hires. To cover his back and make up for where he may suck.. while he grows into the position.

And Les Miles makes a lot of bad decisions. But if you all want to make the same mistake UT did and hang on to a retard of a coach just because he won a NC... then be my guest.

no

i'm saying he has a particular scheme that requires particular talent

the odds of UTenn consistently getting the DEs and MLBs necessary to run that D are low. the odds are low in the NFL and they have the pick of college. you have to recruit guys, pray they develop, and then pray you reload every year

could a Miami, FSU, USC, or UF recruit that kind of talent? likely. can UTenn? doubtful. Could LSU? doubtful
