1955....

Barring a tornado, it looks like MSU (a middling SEC program) is finishing off the Hoos in Charlottesville.

South Carolina has better than a puncher's chance in the People's Republic of Orange County tonight.

With the history the way it is, this is Louisville's last chance to win a national baseball title as they plop themselves into the ACC morass next season.

So host FSU gets shelled at home by Big10 program with zero tradition.

The ACC banner may be held by a NC State program who should have been smart enough to follow the aTm path an go SEC but have preferred to stay the small fish in a mediocre conference.

UVA lost most of their top 5 team from last year, was unranked preseason and finished in the top 10 with one of the youngest teams out there. Most expected MSU to win and they did despite the seeding. UVA will be top 5 next year with tons of experience.
