Currie was there to interview Leach. He had him ready to sign the contract, but was being slow played by the administration over concerns around his law suit 10 years ago against Texas Tech and Craig James' sons accusation. He was abruptly asked to fly back. There is a decent chance he'll be let go over the next 24 hours.

Why would they fire Currie in the middle of the search..... I mean I don't disagree but what would the Olay be moving forward... Who would head the search?
