According to Da'Rick

So something happened last night/evening? Wow, all he had to do was show up for class and play frikin football.

someone said another player said he cussed out coaches again yesterday or last night. Don't know if true or not. he just can't do what he is supposed to do for very long..

Florida game, he was a lot. The rest of the year, he didn't see many double teams (mostly because we played the elite teams that could cover him 1 on 1 esp. without a QB) until Kentucky game.

Edit: Also, Georgia did a good job doubling.

It isn't a matter of Da'Rick being doubled. It's now the fact that when Hunter would be doubled, you have Da'Rick on the other side with one-on-one coverage after putting up 1,000 yards. Now...UT doesn't have that.

Can't wait for the Dooright excuses in December after we win 5 games.

WE LOST DA'RICK IN THE SPRING!
WE HAVE A NEW DEFENSIVE SYSTEM!

One more year for stability!

So you can't wait for bad things to happen and can't wait to win 5 games in the fall and can't wait for the team to just look bad.

Hunter had a great FRESHMEN YEAR. That's it.
Neal is at RB.

Okay, Rogers has three years of sucking. Great experience.

Thats still exp. isn't it. And if the TEAM needs Neal at WR like they did last year, then I believe he will be put there again. And no one is saying that Z. Rogers is worth writing home about, but he does have more exp than an incoming freshman ya know...

It's a simple concept. Not sure how people don't grasp it.

Other than Hunter, no I don't.

How important is experience when you completely suck?

We agree on this. But it's hard to say it will cost us two games because it all depends on Patterson's immediate impact, Vincent's improvement from year 1 to year 2, and if any of the freshmen can make an impact.

If he did, good riddance. Still amazing tho. Cant get over how well he was looking and seemed to be having fun as well.

I can't wait for the school that I graduated from and the football team that I grew up loving and will always love to get a head coach that knows WTF he's doing.

If that takes 5 wins, so be it.

Losing a first round talent at WR with no other experienced options except your other first round talent coming off major knee surgery might cost us. I could see us losing to UF and NC State because JH is doubled and no other WR shows up.

We lost to ky with him on the field, but now his absence would cost us a game against UF?

That's why it I that it could. :)

I really, really wish Patterson was at Spring Practice.

Look, there is probably alot that will not be said, for that we need to follow the coaches lead and cheer the players that wants to be here and play as a team that follows the rules set up for all. I hope DR gets things straight but if not wish him well, cant let the BS get started this season because we have recruits that will challenge his position. Its a shame that DR probably has some girl in his ear telling him that he shouldnt put up with UT, sad fact is that it will really make his Pro career take a big hit. So just dont get it.

That's 100% false. It was talked about by the coaches all season long, not to mention obvious on the field. If you think losing a 1,000 yd receiver doesn't hurt a team, I'm not sure what more can be said.

He wasn't double teamed that much. Kentucky put one man on him and shut him down. Losing Darick is very huge blow, but there are very few recievers that will cost us wins, Hunter is one of them.

Dont like the term "excuses". There are reasons coach Dooley has not had sucess yet. Not gonna get into those cause you know em.

If we only win 5 games this year we'll be looking for a new HC....whatever the reasons for our failure.

UF's corners were terrified until Hunter went down. After that, they played more risky and less cautious. UF put pressure on Darick, but our playbook was completely shot when Hunter went down.

Yeah, all they had to do was take Dr away. ZR didnt exactly scare anyone, still doesnt.

The BS has already started and will continue. The players have zero respect for Dooley. It's obvious.

...we're stable, it's cool.

That is true and very fair point. It is all going to depend on the running game and CP this year. A lot of hopefulness and no certainty.

Lets get this discussion right. You said that UT didn't have any exp, and I said they do. Granted whats left is not at the level of DR, but its not like UT will throw out a completly new freshman squad of WRs this year either
