According to Ainge.....

Well, Tee you better get a HC position somewhere, and start building your resume. There may just be another opening in 3 years.

After yesterday Ainge is about as reliable as Hyams. Gonna wait until someone who's at least somewhat reliable says something

he heard it from a NCSU PLAYER jackass. I'll take that as pretty credible. Ainge wouldn't share that if it wasn't legit in my opinion.

Yeah and again I say he wasn't breaking any news. I think he absolutely WOULD post it even if it was questionable. He said on air, multiple times, from sources that Peyton didn't support the Schiano hire. That turned out false. I'm not saying Doeren isn't going to say yes, I'm just saying maybe include the part in statement that says he isn't breaking any news.

Jackass.

Ainge doesn't know. And the way this search has been, we'll hire a coach and Currie will get him lost heading to the PC.

The only way to stop this Administration's MONEY OVER WINS approach is to #EmptyNeyland for 6 games.

Yes it is.

If he knows what's good for him he'll keep his average butt at NC State.

We don't need him here.

You're the worst poster in the history of sports message boards. You calling Doeren average actually makes me think he'll probably be successful. After some of the moronic predictions you've made, I don't see how you even show your ****ing face on this board.

The powers at be just showed u all who boss is. Just suck it, shell out your money and party hardy. It’s about having fun and not winning. This is the new Tennessee.

rather than make a NEW stupid mistake, stay with our existing stupid mistakes for one more year.

Keep Brady and Shoop who are already on the clock, and take time to get a coach next year!!!!

What if he comes here and does well????????

Look at who he has played this year and the scores.

I dont want him either but whomever comes we have no input unless you do the personal protests.

I want Les Miles at this point.

If he accepts he's only doing it for the buyout $$$. Just like Dooley, Jones and now this chump. Easy pay day.

Why go somewhere that you are not wanted, won't be supported by fans, and are destined to fail? That is career suicide.

Not when you can make millions per year and have a golden parachute when you are fired for complete failure.
Good way to retire for an aging unsuccessful coach.

You may have toed the line on some of the posting rules here, but I gave it a swift like.

HA!...He won't last 5 years here..3 at most...If he's lucky...This AD is the worse in the history of Tennessee football.

He'll only be gone in 3 years if we have losing seasons the next 3 years. All the HC at UT has to do is win 6 games and he's good and likely gets extension after extension.

We can't even hope to have someone get us to the 7 to 9 win range making us respectable and attractive to better coaches who can get us over the hump. Because with 6+ wins a year we aren't getting rid of the coach.

So it's either be a 2nd tier SEC team going to drivable range bowls or a total cluster and back to square one with no one of quality wanting to take over the dumpster fire.

We're basically the NC State of the SEC...or in other words, Vandy and Kentucky.

He LITERALLY said he wasn't breaking any news. He just said that's what he's hearing. He also said Peyton didn't approve of the schiano hire.
