This is a brilliant summation. These three caused the greatest damage to the Republic in terms of the erosion of civil rights. I would also add FDR and LBJ, as causing damage long term damage to economic well-being of this country.

You mention erosion of civil rights and leave out the Patriot Act and the War on Drugs?
Not that I'm a fan of Obama but what did he do to erode civil liberty? Do you mention Biden because of the mandatory Green New Deal agenda or something else?
