I see your point, but at the same time this is another issue that America is split nearly down the middle on.

I just feel that an issue like Abortion should be a state issue. In my opinion Social issues like this is one of the reasons why a nation comprised of states works so well.

It helps prevent a Dictatorship or Military state.
