Aaron Douglas problem?

As a skeptic, I totally get that I'm about to get ripped for posting this. I do apologize to no end if any of this information is incorrect. I just had to find out what was really going on since the info is so vague.
Somebody needs to shake this kid before he throws his life away. Dooley doesn't seem like the kind of guy who would put up with stuff like this.

Juwuan Simpson should still be in prison. Bag of weed and a stolen handgun. What happened? No jail, missed the Hawaii game. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones and if that house is in tuscaloosa it's gonna smell like an open sewer too.

IF he failed his 4th drug test, is there even a decision to be made by him or Dooley? I thought a 4th failed test was automatic suspension or dismissal (and now hasn't Hamilton instituted a tougher 3 test standard?).

OK and since UT has a Four failed and dismissed policy that has since been reduced to 3 and gone this smacks of BS. Ha may have problems and they may be drug or violence related but no way has he failed 4 Drug Teast at UT.

had a friend get hooked on hydrocodone. Needless to say, he's in jail now. If this is true, it doesn't look good for Mr. Douglas

If young Mr. Douglas has an issue related to hydrocodone addiciton I can certainly sympathize having gone through an addiction to that particular painkiller myself after a major illness 5 years ago. Prescription painkiller addiction can take control of your life and is a very, very serious problem. I was fortunate that my doctor refused to prescribe my any more and I wasn't in a situation where it was easily available for me to get them on the black market so I had no choice but to get off of them. I've been clean for 4 1/2 years now, but it took control of my life for about 6 months and I honestly still find myself occasionally(although the "cravings" continue to wane over time) wishing for them even after these years. If true, this can be a serious situation for the young man and I hope he gets the help necessary to break his habit.

I am pretty sure it was only 3. 2 under Fulmer and the last time was just last week. the rest of his post is legit too.

Do what they done off the program.. Send his ass to rehab and have him back by fall. When the new staff came in did the players get a clean slate or did the other failed test still count?

I've known for a while that Douglas has been avoiding the guys on the team and not coming to workouts. I'd heard there were problems. My source said it had to do with Coach Cregg's departure. Douglas and Cregg were very close and Douglas would have jumped off a bridge or run through a brick wall for Cregg. His teammates were worried Douglas might try to follow Cregg to USC but the boy couldn't because Daddy Douglas would not allow it. Now all of this comes out. Wow, how sad. I hope the young man finds himself the strength to get past all of this. He has life on silver platter and he is about to flush it down the toilet. CDD, we need a major intervention!
