Are you serious? If half the stuff posted here is partially true then Douglas has a whole bunch of issues that have been festering for a long while.

If it is true that he is addicted to pain killers... then you might want to consider under whose watch he got addicted... and then ask yourself "Why?" Did someone maybe encourage him to be available to play? Threats? Promises?

If he's leaving, it may well be because of Dooley. But the personal issues he's been dealing with seem to go back before Dooley.
