Fantastic post game write up once again, London Vol.

I agree with the grades and the coaches and players earned them.

They say you need to smell the odious smell of failure to appreciate the beautiful fragrance of success and last night smelt really good. I'm rather tardy responding to your Vol-Gator summary. Your grading scale on Tennessee's performance was the highest I can recall. Teacher's pets? Love the fragrant prose! Happy Thanksgiving, LV! One of my former band students has been in London recently with his son, sending several photos on Facebook. It was reminiscent of our visit in 2004 for the Lord Mayor's New Year Celebration.

@London Vol. I always look forward to reading your posts. You have to be one of the most rational members on this site. It is refreshing to read an uncommon common-sense version of things. Thank you, sir. If you are ever in the southeastern part of this state give me a shout. I would love to sit and talk.

“3 BIG MOMENTS
There were three pictures last night I recommend you use as a Screen Save. In the 1st quarter a Florida fan removed his game shirt in disgust. In the 2nd quarter a Florida fan used his game shirt as a blindfold. At the end of the 3rd quarter after signing Tom Pettys “I won’t hang around” the stands emptied faster than the water in the Mohne Dam on May 17 1943 (google it if you need to)”

Kudos for the obscure Mohne Dam reference, but you lose points for the Tom Petty reference. The song is “I won’t back down”. Singing “I won’t hang around” then leaving loses all irony, doesn’t it?

He was making a joke lol
