Senior member and Well-Known Member are based on post count. Freak plans on updating those to other tags at some point. Custom user titles are turned off at the moment.

The attachments option is only necessary for uploading from your phone/computer. Use the picture icon in the toolbar and paste the link. Or just right click on a picture or gif and copy it. Then just paste it right into the box and hit post reply.
