Prolly Decommitted and then when he realized no one else wanted him or he wasn’t being recruited like he thought he would I guess he thought he would fall back on the UT offer and now that offer had expired. If he truly wanted to be a VOL he should have signed during the early signing period.

Says right in the report that the kid currently isn't eligible. How can you not be eligible by NSD? Schools pull offers last minute all the time, especially when they know that have someone of similar skill and currently eligible able to fill the spot.

The coach wants us to gamble on a kid who doesn't have the drive to make his dreams happen, and **might** be eligible by the time school rolls around.

He probably is a 4 star or something if he didn't have the issues. So pruitt was probably trying to bargain bin a kid. Nee coach doesn't like to take chances

I’m no recruiting guru but looks like Rivals still projecting TN to have a top15 class . Not great by SEC standards but that also means that there are somewhere around 150 schools that would like to have a top 15 class signing. I would like to think that either this staff has somebody better on the hook or has identified somebody that they think is a better fit . All this will shake out in the morning .

Yeah if the kid had issues with eligibility his coach needs to STFU. I have a feeling this has a lot to do with smearing Tennessee moreso for dumping Pruitt. Kid wasn’t allowed to sign on ESD by Pruitt which tells me there’s a good chance he wasn’t going to be part of the class even if Pruitt was back.
