Call him a sleazeball directly if you want, I wouldn't care, but let's not jump on the old bandwagon of "Attorneys are rats". It may stir those of us who have family in the profession or those aspiring to be an attorney in a field that has nothing to do with courtrooms or malpractice suits.

Not directly. There was just a whole lot of criticizing Hat for being a lawyer by calling attorneys (Insert derogatory remark here), and I wanted to try to enlighten those ignorant enough to believe such things.
