After experiencing Neyland this past weekend I now know the true feeling of immortality. No one should be able to come in there and win. As a fan base it is our job to make sure we sell out the Alabama game and have less then 2009 Bama fans in attendance. I will personally buy 5 -10 tickets for people who are on the fence, depending on price. For those that are able I hope you will do the same.
This team needs the support and if we give up now I'm afraid Butch will lose momentum and we can not have that happen. I see a team that is on the cusp of greatness and we can help make that happen. Tennessee is the greatest place on earth and we will conquer our foes. Our time is near. Keep buying UT gear, keep believing in Butch, welcome the Tide into Neyland with deafening chants and roars of Rocky top. I ate at Ye olde steakhouse Friday before the game and the whole restaurant was singing rocky top. I know we have the power of southern pride waiting to be unleashed...do you?
You're the one who's got the limit, Dom.
In fact, you have to convince at least 7991 UT fans to buy or steal tickets from Bama fans who already have them.
Whats the point of being a dick to the guy? He's doing something good for a few people who (hopefully) wouldn't have a chance to go to a game otherwise....and he wants their to be less Bama fans than there was in 09, so what? So what if there are just as many Bama fans, let the guy do his thing.
Well, he'll be in luck. I can guarantee there will be fewer Bama fans in attendance this year than there were in '09, since '09 was at Bryant-Denny.
Read his post wrong...my B brocephus, I'll assume he meant to say less than 2000 and not 2009. What I get for skimming over things.
Either way, my original point remains the same...Why be a douche about it?
How much can you get them for? I may be interested in a couple at the right price
I find his "rah, rah, nothing is ever wrong" routine that he brings to every single thread really funny. He's never been a big one on facts.
We can agree that some of his posts aren't the best (no offense NationDom)....but he's legitimately doing a good thing here. You couldn't let this one slide? haha.
I guess I'm turning into a softy in my old age![]()
If he's actually buying tickets for other posters, then good on him.
Call me skeptical, I guess.
I'm just wondering what the hell tour going to do when the clock is winding down and you are surrounded by a see of orange and the only thing you can hear is a loud and distinct rocky top sound? Just what the hell are you going to do?
