Fire Butch and hire another Kiffen a 1 and done type deal or worse another Dooley. This constantly hitting the reset button hasn't worked.

I've seen 5 coaches since I've been a fan of the Vols: Majors, Fulmer, Kiffen, Dooley, and Jones.

I'm just glad that we all recognize that to lose to Vandy is a bad thing a very bad thing.

The Head of the Snake must be cut before change. That's not Butch but all the folks filling Neyland then the body of the snake will die and we get change.

No amount of changing staff is going to fix having Butch as the HC. Dooley tried this and failed.

No. Not until next year. Hart is still AD and I've had enough of his screw ups. Let Lyle ride out the rest of Hart's tenure and then let (hopefully) Blackburn can him after 2017.

Yes. If you want to see the same stuff year after year. This defense is Worse than 2012. More bad game management. Not being ready to play or play 4 quarters. His BS behind the mic. All talk not enough substance

Need an AD first. Possibly hear his seat enough he leaves on his own. Paying buyouts is getting old.

Who would do the firing and more importantly the new hiring? Need to get the Blackbird here first. I would trust his judgement on how to proceed once he is here.

I want to see how many people who used to foolishly support him that no longer do. You are welcome to call it what you want. It's America. But I don't recognize people who criticize other users of this forum. This forum is for expressing opinions about the team, not attacking other users. Good day and God bless.

You do realize that once signing day is final the class we have, plus the 2* qb they are pushing hard for now won't amount to a top 25 class, more likely end somewhere in the high 30's, low 40's. This incoming class is garbage with a few players that deserve to actually be commited to a school like UT.

Basically this is setting up exactly like Dooley did, kept him a year too long and let him fill the roster with crap diamonds in the rough. By the time Butch is fired we will be no better than when he first got here. A group of 5 level roster and every decent coach turning us down because they don't want to inherit that mess having to face UF, UGA, and Bama with a Miami of Ohio squad.
