A restraining order

Is Fulmer under the Haslam's thumb or not? What is the evidence either way? Only thing I can come up with is that the Haslam's may have had him fired and there is some vengeance there.

Lol. Haslam had him fired. That's right around the time Haslam got too much say into the athletic dept. Haslam played golf with Kiffin about a month and a half before he was officially hired.

I wouldn't say Fulmer is exactly anti Haslam but he doesn't mind telling him "No" either. There's a helluva a lot more division than in the days before Fulmer was fired.

Currie's hire was a direct result of the asinine insistence on hiring only candidates with P5 AD experience. Similar belligerent insistence that UT's next coach have HC experience will hamstring the football program with another also-ran, for no leading coach is going to want the job after what's transpired.

If UT is wants to come out of this OK, it will be better off wooing Tee Martin home and giving him a shot. The alternative is Dooley/Jones part three.

Leave Fulmer out of it...he will be much better than anything seen since 2007.

You dum****s that wanted him gone have reaped the whirlwind to say the least.

He's never been gone. I have heard his name constantly being involved at something around the university. We paid him as coach, gave him an undeserved raise, paid him to leave as coach, paid him to do some kind of support staff, and now may be paying him as an AD.
