A PSP game "must buy"

If you guys like platformers, then I would highly recommend "Daxter". The graphics are incredible, and the gameplay is totally entertaining. Sony should've had this game as one of its launch titles for the PSP. If all the PSP games were this good, I'd think twice about buying the PS3.

Seriously though, the game looks fairly fun, I always liked Daxter's wit.

Sounds and looks good from what I've seen. Too bad I just sold my PSP or I'd pick this up. Found that I just wasn't playing the thing very much.

Did you try any homebrew apps for it Dr? I've heard some great things about some java apps, like using it as a remote for home entertainment, or even X10 things.

Yeah, I did some emulators and had a dozen or so game images I kept swapping around. Just didn't play it enough for me to keep it. I'm not big on playing old Nintendo games, etc. that I grew up (hey, I played them as a kid already). By no means am I saying it's a bad system. I played the heck out of Hot Shots and Lumines last summer.

Are the games good for it? I read a post on a VG forum that the games weren't any good..
