Judging from the performance on the field this year, maybe its quick playing time for him as a freshman QB.

He knows he can come in and get playing time right away.

It's more than that. He gets PT at a program that will recover while he is getting it.

A lot of freaks should want to be a part of UT's recovery.

Boyd probably looked at our situation at QB and figured that if he throws his hat in now, he can start at Tennessee as a freshman regardless of who the coach is.

My concern with Boyd is not with Boyd but how does he fit in a system such as CPF's given that CPF will return. I have never known CPF to be thrilled (at least for more than a few minutes) with a QB like Boyd, who admits he is not much of the classic drop back QB. What say you other fellas?

its very similar to buying Apple stock when it was at $89 last month. You get in while the gettin' is good on something that has a proven track record betting it will come back to prominence.

The sun came up today.

I am on the green side of the sod.

Texas/Texas Tech was a great game. So thats what football looks like?

There is always the NFL to watch.

He won't start as a Freshman if Fulmer is back.
