A Pattern in The Evina Westbrook Story?

If her motive was to make a Final Four and win a NC, she would have chosen CT coming out of high school.

Furthermore, she could have returned to either of her home state schools—Oregon or Oregon State (or nearby Stanford for that matter)—and had a realistic shot to achieve the same aspirations. A waiver to play right away would have been more realistic to attain (closer to home) too IMO in order to provide her the emotional rescue and healing from her tumultuous experience here.

No, her choice of new schools bears toxicity. It’s sniffable.

Like Jaime Nared, Mercedes Russell, Diamond DeShields, Anastasia Hayes, Rennia Davis, Te'a Cooper, and probably many more...Evina was foolishly thinking that she could be the star to make Tennessee relevant again. UConn would have been the easy choice, but she probably wanted to be the leader. What she didn't count on was Holly's sheer coaching malpractice could deep-six any player's best intentions, so she decided to go the easy way and chose UConn to try for a NC before she graduates. The fact that she p!ssed off the Tennessee fan base that was trashing her was probably icing on the cake.

I know this is spilled milk and whipping a dead horse, but if Holly had not been fired, Evina would still be a Lady Vol. She could have gone to UCONN out of HS.

Great. Now we have to suffer through three more years of obnoxious posts rather than merely two.:mad::mad:
