We have 4 SEC wins in 3 years
and 17 *Shudders* SEC losses in three years

We have a grand average of 1.3 SEC wins per season under Dooley
and a 5.6 average of SEC losses per season (Average subject to change, as there are 3 conference games left on 2012 schedule)

Lane Kiffin in 7 weeks, won the same amount of SEC games that Dooley has in 3 years.

Since 2010 Tennessee has lost more SEC games (17) than all of Tennessee's teams in the 90's did combined (15).

Misleading thread title :) nothing nice about it.

Didn't know the last stat of more losses than in the 90's combined. Staggering

Hart... Cheek... ya'll reading this??? If this info is not indicative of the need for a coaching staff total replacement, I don't know what is.

I had a total knee replacement a few years ago due to an old Army injury. I had put it off for over twenty years. I didn't want to do it, and didn't want to go through surgical rehab on that knee for the 13th time. But now... I wish I had done it sooner!

So, Hart, Cheek, I know surgery is not pleasant, but the sooner the better for everyone involved, including Dooley and his family.

What if Hart and Cheek are reading this and are aware of the un pleased fans. They can listen to talk radio and get a feel of the fan base. They can see the lack of attendence at games. They can see the painted rock.
I am sure that they are fully aware of it. However; what if (1) No one on their short list of potential hires is interested? (2) What if most on the list are not interested but a couple tell them that they will gladly talk to them after the season?

Can they make a move now, with no one interested or make a move now when they were asked to wait until after the season to begin talks with some interested coaches?

What if Charlie Strong says that he will talk to them after the season, then he is only using them as a negotiating tool to get a raise at Lousiville. Then Cheek and Hart depended on an answer from Strong and he ende up saying NO after the season was completed and Dooley was already fired.
In that scenerio, who do you hire at that point? No one is interested and you have already fired Dooley....

My point is that Cheek and Hart know the situation better than we know it because they are living it.
I am not saying that I trust their judgemen, but I am saying that we don't know the entire situation but they do.
