So what is the only reason you won against Appalachian? What is the only reason you won against Georgia? You do understand that YOUR defense gave up 600 yards of offense right? You realize that YOUR offense couldn't hold on to the ball as our defenders stripped them right? You realize Dobbs choked the game away in the end with a terrible decision. You didn't give anything away. It was taken from you. If you want to say this was given to you then be realistic and say you have been given 2 games and should be a 3 loss team right now. You lost...move on and beat the hell out of Alabama.

Aggies made fine officers in my experience. As a group they were better than any I knew that went to West Point. That said, I'd take my peer group from UT over any of them, on any day. True Vols, all.

That was two evenly matched teams going toe to toe, as indicated by two over times despite home field advantage. Dobbs didn't "choke the game away" unless you believe that with 7 turnovers, and a 2-3 touchdown deficit, that choking means putting points onto the board.

Downplaying the quality of UT weakens your team substantially. Are you really saying it took 2 over times to beat a team that lucked into 5 wins? You act like you won handily, and yet even with a historic amount of ball control issues, the game was in doubt at the end of regulation and 1.5 over times.

You've got 1 definite loss on your schedule, and 2 likely, with 3 possible. That takes nothing away from the game Saturday but you'll play more talented teams than UT. Talent matters more than any other predictor. Good luck the rest of the season. Great game, all around.
