Those bunch of ROTC wanna be military types will be military types and protect your sorry ass. Served with plenty of fellow Marine Corps officers who were Aggies. Lot of the Aggie ROTCers went Marines.

Not mine jerk, Operations officer at U of M ROTC. You sound like the enlisted guy who says officers always think they are better than everyone else, is that about right? Ask my airmen if they would follow me in battle and see what kind of answers you get! These are college students choosing to serve over using their degrees for lucrative careers. If you had bad officers, that sucks, but I can assure you there are some amazing leaders at A & M just like every other university. By the way, I'm prior enlisted and been in 25 years now. I am an expert on this subject.

We played like crap. Trevor Knight couldn't complete a forward pass. We unexplainably ran from the shotgun for different times on third and one. We also forced most of the turnovers Tennessee had.

We found a way to win just like you guys found a way to win against Appalachian State, Georgia, and Florida.

We will not be a three loss team IMHO. We will win at least one of the games featuring LSU, Alabama, and Ole Miss.

Tennessee and Texas A&M are very similar in that they play with heart, They don't give up, And they play with Moxie.

I just wish Trevor Knight was half the Baller that Josh Dobbs is.

Bama, I doubt it. Ole miss? Same. LSU? Maybe, but not a given. If your defense plays like they did today it a minimum of 2 more losses. We will see

Sorry to hear that. I love the entire SEC and am thrilled that A&M is now a part of it. Last night I read up here and was just appalled by the few who wished that A&M player be paralyzed and etc.

This Aggie has been watching the Vols all season and rooting for you. Obviously, I wanted A&M to win last night and am grateful, despite a performance that was sometimes disappointing, that we did.

But it was in double overtime against a team with heart that just never quit, and you didn't lose--you were only outscored.

Texas A&M produced more military officers during WWII than the Naval Academy and West Point combined. Many of those kids you saw in the stands will be graduated and commissioned on the same day.

Have you see the movie The Longest Day or Saving Private Ryan? The taking of Point du Hoc? An Aggie did that.

That's an awfully talented team we beat yesterday, playmakers on both sides of the ball all over the place. Never can tell, but I'll be very surprised if they lose 3 games.

I was disappointed to read those comments too. I found that player to lack class completely but I sure didn't want him paralyzed. That's classless and ridiculous to put it lightly.

Anyway, when I think of A&M I can now only picture number 12 directing your fans in singing "nah nah nah nah, hey hey hey, goodbye" to Warrior.

Maybe being there in person would have endeared me to the classier elements of your fanbase, but from home all I could get was your players on the field and a little bit of lurking on your team message boards. I don't want you all to lose out anymore though since that would make a SECCG rematch impossible.

Anywho, belated welcome to the SEC family. We are disfunctional and pretty much all hate each other.

Their fans may have been cordial but I lost respect for their entire team. Classless at best. Don't wish anyone get paralyzed but # 12 better be ready for something bad. Karma is a *****!

I don't know that they would want a rematch. We would have Kirkland and Hurd back and possibly Sutton (depending on if his ankle is healed and if he would want to play). If we don't turn the ball over yesterday we put 55+ on them with a W easily. The fighting collies got an early Christmas gift.

This is such a joke statement. We may very well be a 3 loss team, BUT Tennessee just didn't GIVE us the game. Myles STRIPPED the ball from Dobbs. Watts STRIPPED the ball from your receiver. The 12th man NAILED your kick returner. Our D-Lineman STRIPPED the ball from your running back down near the goal. Johnson hit the ball out of Dobbs hands. Yes, I was disappointed in our defense the way they gave up too many yards. Garrett playing 15% of the game made a huge difference with not getting pressure on Dobbs. If you go back and look at the plays Garrett was in, Dobbs had to get rid of the ball quicker and didn't complete many 3rd downs. Did you notice your 3rd down percentage and who was actually in the game during that time frame? IF Williams doesn't fumble on the 2 this isn't a game in the end. IF you don't get the false start called on Tennessee when it was shot over Dobbs head you don't get a touchdown on that drive. IF we don't get a hold Reynolds caught a pass setting us up on your 30 later in the game. Every game has things that went wrong for your team, but don't take away from what A&M did. IF Appalachian doesn't miss an extra point, you are irrelevant as it is. IF Georgia dummy doesn't get a penalty after scoring on the touchdown with 19 seconds then Tennessee never has the ball at the 50 to try the hailmairy. Good football teams find a way to win. A&M did. They FORCED several turnovers. Only 1 was GIVEN to them.

Agree that they are not a top 10 team, but wouldn't want to play them again. As much as they get away with leading with helmets, flagrant targeting, and mauling wide receivers on almost every play, we would be down to fielding our practice squad after the first half. I can't remember when there were so many injuries in one game.

Same could be said if we had 3 of our top defensive players on the field at all on Saturday.....a very different game and a game that I don't think you move the ball nearly as much..... ATm did not force 7 turnovers and that's just about as disingenuous as you could be guy.
