a huge play people are forgetting

Yeah sure but in big games Cut goes into his shell and forgets what got us to the point where we are at. Remind me how many catches did the TE's have last night?

Is it totally out of the realm of possibilty that Brown was covered much of Saturady night. I'm mean, I've now seen complaining that Ainge shouldn't have thrown the pass to Moore, like its mearly a just a choice for Ainge of who to throw to.

On the int. that led to the LSU TD our reciever stoped his route over the middle, at the verry least he could have broken up the pass.

Point is we have 2 TE's that can make plays for us
With LSU blitzing the TE's should have been huge. I mean C'mon most time we will run a 2 TE set. Neither were open?

I think the last long play (to foster?) was a stiff arm away from a tie ballgame.

yeah i saw that it was 87 i was chewing him out through the TV. Another inexperienced guy a sophomore

That's funny, the ball wasn't thrown over the middle.

It was a stop route that the corner jumped. Stupid pass and a good play by the corner.

You know i'm just suprised that the ball was thrown past the 1st down marker. We never do that. EA throws it short and the WR makes a play more times than not. I was shocked.
I have to question why a stop route would even be called inside your own 20 yard line against a defense like LSU. Oh Well...

That's a UT trademark. It didn't start with Ainge and it's not going to end with him.

I blame both Moore and Ainge for that dropped pass. Our QB and WRs not executing cost us that game. Period. Kicking game didn't help.

Wasn't Briscoe standing in the endzone waving his hands and wide open? But Erica's clock went off and he had to throw.........

I thought the 1st down play after Berry's interception was a big play that seems to be forgotten.

The Vols had the ball at midfield, with lots of momentum...and on 1st down, Erik Ainge drifts out in the middle of nowhere, and has to throw it away on the busted play. The rest of the offense seemed to be on one page, and Ainge was off on his own...that drive went 3 and out, and it should have generated at least 3 points.

True. And the fisrt TD we scored, EA squeezed it in on what was probably an ill advised throw in that situation. It was almost picked off too.

He also threw another pass into double coverage that was an easy pick for the DB but he couldn't hold on to the ball.

That looked liked it was going to be the reverse pass from Lucas Taylor.....but I haven't heard anyone say.

That series and the series after the Creer kick-off return where he got the ball to midfield were busts.
