A great year after all.

Apparently when the other team loses it's because they choke and aren't "clutch," but when your own team bends and spreads, it's just tough luck because the hits aren't falling in.

Glad to see that Beef has decided to scapegoat Kozma, just like the rest of the Best Fans In Baseball. It's definitely all that SOB's fault that they've only scored one run in three straight games with a World Series trip on the line.

Haha show me Mr one mug where I said anything about luck? Champions step up and we didn't. You see, you trash chunkers don't get it.

I apologize to Royals fans. Y'all actually remind me of Vandy fans. Y'all are like Vandy fans talking smack to teams that lose BCS bowl games. Haha y'all are hilarious.

I'm sorry; I gave you too much credit. I assumed you had a consistent, coherent opinion. So last year your team was incredibly clutch champions, but this year a team comprised of mostly the same guys were gutless chokers? What happened during the offseason?

You're opinion matters to you and people who throw trash on their own field. Hell, even Cubs fans don't do that.

Ironically, I've been to wrigley and the game was delayed for, you guessed it, clearing thrown items off the field you dumbass.

Thursday!

You're gonna have to start naming her techniques after Braves players as punishment.

The Chipper -- she is only interested to participate on a limited and controlled basis.

The Mac -- expensive yet unable to perform when needed.

The Uggla -- an atrocious stench that she blames on you.

The JJ -- when she tells u that everyone is hitting it.

My urge to delete this post is strong. :)

In honor of the way the Cardinals are wetting the bed in Game 7, here's a picture of Joaquin Andujar going after the umpire in game 7 of the 1985 World Series with the Cardinals down 9-0 (sound familiar?). This was another series that the Cardinals gagged away a 3-1 lead by scoring only two runs in the last three games. Better than this year, at least.

Two minutes after this picture was taken, Andjuar destroyed a toilet with a bat.

Let me tell you a story about David Eckstein. One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with Eckstein. Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky. In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes there were two sets of footprints. Other times there were one set of footprints. This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow, or defeat, I could see only one set of footprints. So I said to David Eckstein, "You promised me, Eckstein, that if I followed you, you would walk with me always. But I noticed that during the most trying periods of my life, there have only been one set of prints in the sand. Why, when I have needed you most, have you not been there for me?" David Eckstein replied, "Because my little legs had gotten tired, and you were carrying me." And I looked down and saw that I was still carrying David Eckstein.

Then he grounded out weakly to second.
