What would be the motivation for any of our coaches to leave for lateral moves?

All the "writing on the wall" and "Doesnt get along with Dools" stuff is just rumor.

6 out of 9 coaches leaving on their own volition says otherwise.

Would love to have Ron Cooper/Alvin Reynolds for the DB spot and Bo Davis or Dunbar for the DL spot. Travis Jones would have been great but with his legal troubles, I wonder if he will get a serious look. The same would go for James Willis.

Alvin Reynolds was fired today by the Falcons. May be an option for the additional secondary coach.
