1) My assumption is these are no different or better than what the actual manufacturer already produces. Its just that the complete tools that buy them will do so for the name, which will cost them a pointless advertising premium.

2) I thought the premise of the show was to have these backwoods mouth breathers living in modern times and luxuries. Seems like the last thing you'd want to do is have them market something that, in the mind's eye, places them more backwards than they already are.

3) They went from the controversy over the one fellow's invocation of tortured Biblical principles to now they are selling guns. One can only assume that a guest appearance on the show by Sarah Palin is in the works.

You do realize that all if them except the Uncle are college graduates and as a family built a highly successful business, Phil is a self made millionaire. That is more of an accomplishment than you could ever hope to achieve!

Those "goofs" made their money the hard way, they earned it. Are you jealous they didn't depend on the govt to get what they want?
