I've been a supporter of Pruitt... till now. After the stats being what they are, outscored in 2nd halves 60 something to 14. The opposing coaches halftime adjustments, etc. I have no other recourse than to think that cornbread and co. Have no freakin clue what to do or how to fix it. When I as a fan care more about the game than the players on the field... then the coach is a failure.
End of rant!

yes..im done backing Pruitt..he showed me tonight that hes not ready...worst Offensive play calling ...team not ready, we fall apart at halftime, dont know what hes saying to our team but its not working...it hurts to see my Vols like this...no good recruits will come here when we play like this...our back up QB looks scared to death...worst prepared team ive seen. im sorry..i love my Vols and this mess hurts.

At this point I say promote Jay Graham, he cannot be any worse and at least he bleeds Orange. We have the most incompetent coaches in football.

For a lot less money, I can get the same results and likely better.

I can't believe what I just watched in the second half (most of it...I have quit watching after we went for it instead of pulling within one score, after running half the remaining clock down with 6 straight runs between the tackles). That was a pitiful display of coaching. At least we know CJP wasn't lying when he said the other QBs aren't ready. And yet Maurer was ready last year! How is he less ready now?

Pruitt is a joke. Really starting to remind me of Butch Jones.

Funny how he chooses to do the thing all Vol fans say he should’ve done in the KY game, what, 4 weeks later in the Arky game?!?!! I think he has a good staff around him but he may be in over his head at this gig

This “bleeding orange” mentality is ridiculous and reminds me of people wanting Peyton to be HC; a football legend who has also never coached a day in his life. We don’t need to care about someone’s love for the university, we need qualified staff who succeed at the job they’re hired to do. They succeed, the university pays them well, end of story.

Pruitt is total garbage.

This game shows how well.......ummm.....unwell he coaches. And it’s BAD!

Dumb......DUMB not to kick the FG. DUMB.....DUMB not to let HB in until it was almost too late......and then you don’t let him do “his” thing until the game is over.

Defend Pruitt all you want but he is in WAY over his head.

Severely underrated post.

Fulmer said in the press conference he's take his chances with this coach..Not working out very well so far.
