I am very disappointed in you. You agreed to purchase my season ticket seats to the UT - Cincy game that took place on Sept 10. Since I sold them to you on Sept 7th and don't live in Knoxville, I sent you the tickets in the mail and said you could sent payment in the mail after they were received.
I know you got the tickets and went to the game. But I never received your payment.
I followed up with you via text message the week of Sept 26th asking about your payment. I didn't hear back from you.
I sent you an email on Oct. 4th and you replied that you had mailed payment 09/19. You said via text that you would remail if necessary. I gave you the benefit of the doubt that it was lost in the mail and waited longer. I was going to be out of the office traveling for most of October and assumed it would be there when I returned.
Upon return, no check. I sent you an email Nov 4th letting you know that your check still had not arrived. I asked for you to cancel original and resend, confirming the mailing address. I never heard back from you.
I sent you an additional follow up email on Nov 21 asking about the status. Crickets.
I checked you out before mailing those tickets to you...I knew someone using your cell phone number and in your area was selling video games on Craigslist to raise cash. That person likely has at least two gaming systems. One of the for sale ads even said you were willing to sell cheap because you really needed the cash.
Still I trusted from Vol to Vol that you would make good on your end of the deal. Given your silence, I can't believe that you actually mailed payment. And since you have quit responding to me via email I'm calling you out here.
You've handled this very poorly. I'm not angry about it, just disappointed. If you had told me you couldn't afford the tickets I'd have probably sent them to you anyway just so someone could use them and enjoy the game.
