A 24 game warmup

I’m with you...I’ve definitely seen the flashes I just hope that they can do it if needed for a full 40 and haven’t developed bad habits. I agree that I think we will get a lot of answers about this team Saturday, and that isn’t necessarily a simple W or L, we can lose this game and I can still come out feeling confident this is a Top 5 team.
If we do lose (we won't) I guess my response would be, well finally proved you're human after all. But we're the TEAM that you have to play D for 40 minutes on. Can't see a bunch of freshmen, even if they're one and doners holding us down for 40. Why they have to play this game so late? i'll be turning cartwheels all day waiting for the tip.

we beat Gonzaga because they were without 2 of their best players and still needed Admiral to absolutely go bonkers to get that win, other than that who have we beaten?

His banked in three from the top of the arc late in the game sure helped as well. But to win big games you need breaks every now and then ... and missing a shot so badly that it goes in off the backboard was certainly a good break for the Vols.

Hope to meet again in early April .... a rematch wouldn't come before that.

We don't get many of those. If that hadn't gone in, I don't think either of us could definitively say our respective teams would have won. It was a great game, and there had to be one winner, one loser. One could also make the argument that the Zags got a break from Grant fouling out.

That it was, as was GW’s phantom 4th foul call...who knows how it plays out if he doesn’t foul out, then the breaks.

A couple of losses from here on the regular season are almost a certainty. Wouldn't be that weird to have 3 or 4 more coming. I'm hoping for the best best expecting what's likely. Only 2 more losses in SEC play, and I'm thrilled
LoL, I doubt any player or coach on the Vols are thinking that a couple of losses are coming. Team is 23-1 and you think they are going to lose at least 2 more the next 7 games? You guys act like we're fixing to play the 5 best college teams in history the next few games. Newsflash, we are the best team in the country and that does not make anyone left on our schedule better than they normally are.

I think the Vols are a great team. Kentucky looked like a number one team on Saturday and we didn't. We will look better when we play them in Knoxville. So you still feel like we will run the table the next 6 games, since you didnt think we would have at least 2 losses? Good luck with that. Hope it happens, but I would put a lot of money that it doesnt.
