You know there were two HS kids that died yesterday here in GA, right (heat related)? It's so dangerous out there right now. I hope these kids (and more importantly their coaches) are taking the appropriate measures with plenty of water.

Back when I played, you had to do sprints and bear crawls just to get a little water and I don't remember anybody ever falling over. Played golf with an ex-Oklahoma State QB who went on to play TE for the Dolphins last weekend. He said the reason kids today fall out from the heat is because of all the supplements they take these days. TIFWIW.

102° in north Alabubba today, the "feels like" was 109°, imo the friggin temp should be 109° if that's what it feels like

It's 109 here in East Texas with a heat index of 115.....TN humidity has nothing on here on the TX/LA border. Its rough outside right now.

I lived in Beaumont Tx for 3 years while I was in the military and tn heat is nothing in comparison.

These kids can handle it w/the heat index it was 116 today in Savannah and our soldiers are out in this heat from 6:30 til 5 or 6 in full combat gear.

Lol....I'm not trying to annoy anyone dude. Take it easy.

I'm not annoyed, but the current president has been able to use public speaking skills to get where he's at.

But comparing the current president to Hitler is not something one should do on a football message board and would simply lead to people not getting the point and arguing.

:blink:You live in Ga. and I'm sure have heard that two high school players just died from heat stroke or heat exhaustion. Gotta be really careful. Some of these guys lose 10-12 lbs. at a practice and of course it is all fluid.
