C'mon bewbs. The 92 team was the greatest team to ever be assembled in the history of sports.

There is/was only one dream team, and it was '92. That term should never be used again.

It's because they could rebound and shoot the lights out. It's that simple. USA shot .578 from the field and outrebounded opponents 36 to 22. Barkley had the best international tournament of all time:

Barkley = 18 ppg, 4.1 rpg, .762 TS % (.711 FG%, 7/8 from 3 pt!!!), 2.6 spg, 2.4 apg.

Although I definitely disagree with this assessment, Jordan was one of the least productive players on the Dream Team. He shot more than anybody and shot .451 dragging the team percentage down* (Laettner was the only other player to shoot less than .500). Jordan was there to party. The Dream Team might have had a larger average margin of victory without MJ...that's how good they were. Top 5 leading scorers:

Barkley = 18 ppg on 83 attempts
Jordan = 14.9 ppg on 113 attempts
Malone = 13 ppg on 62 attempts
Mullin = 12.9 ppg on 63 attempts
Drexler = 10.5 ppg on 64 attempts

*The rest of the team shot 61%!!!!!
