I was in Lexington from 90-93 -- Groovezilla sounds familiar.

I saw a few shows at Lynaugh's and a place called Breedings? Don't remember too many venues from my time there.

Took a couple trips up to Cincy to go to Bogarts

if you like Jeff and have never checked out his father Tim Buckley, I recommend it highly. It isn't from the 90s, and it's quite a bit folkier, but it is still great music.

Volinbham, have you heard Alejandro's latest album? Magnificent is the word that comes to mind.

No - I need to check it out - I have Bourbinitous Blues, Gravity (Double disk), More Miles than Money and A Man Under the Influence.

Also, I have a side project (Buick McKane) that absolutely rocks - great version of the Stooges' Loose - very garage.

the 90's are about as forgettable a decade, from a music perspective, as the 70's.

Interesting perspective. As that was my "formative years" (HS, College, and Med School), most of my "go-to" CD's were from the decade.
