Probably a bit of both, but also UVA lost to NC State already and NC State has been very middle of the road. I think FSU is probably more over rated.

Fla St. is over rated. If you can't stop the run, and they've struggled against an unranked team, you just got exposed. That won't fly against the likes of Ga, OSU, PSU or Oregon. Gus doesn't play defense.
